Evonet announces the launch of an innovative, modern O2O (Online-to-Offline) solution focused on the “AI + Offline” last-mile delivery and experience upgrade. This solution connects merchant product capabilities to online traffic and AI ecosystems in a more open manner, allowing products to be discovered, managed, and ordered by a wide variety of AI agents. It also supports traditional websites and end-user order entries, helping merchants achieve an integrated O2O experience characterized by “wider exposure, more efficient conversion, and more flexible fulfillment.
In AI-driven consumption and service scenarios, the user’s “search-decision-order” chain is being restructured. Increasingly, needs will be filtered and initiated by AI agents on behalf of the user. Evonet’s O2O solution addresses this shift by enabling:
- Broader Online Exposure: Products and services gain visibility across a wider range of platforms.
- AI Agent Compatibility: Products can be discovered and managed by multiple AI agents, free from the constraints of a single platform.
- Multi-Entry Ordering: Seamlessly compatible with AI-initiated orders, traditional websites, and direct user purchases.
This ensures that merchants aren’t just “putting products online,” but making them understandable, dispatchable, and transactable within new AI-driven consumption gateways. Upon order completion, Evonet utilizes its unique O2O QR code technology, OmniCom, to allow users and merchants to flexibly combine payment methods, fulfillment options, and marketing tactics. This system integrates with the merchant’s business operations to meet diverse scenarios and application needs. Through OmniCom, users can experience:
- Diverse Payment Methods: Meeting varied user preferences and payment habits.
- Flexible Fulfillment Combinations: Adapting to different stores and service delivery scenarios.
- Layered Marketing Solutions: Driving conversion and repeat purchases while supporting localized promotional strategies.
This model is particularly suited for retail stores, chain businesses, lifestyle services, and localized fulfillment scenarios, providing a standardized and replicable path for “online transaction + offline experience.” Evonet believes that the debut of OmniCom technology in Southeast Asia aims to help traditional merchants quickly join the O2O movement. Merchants can connect online traffic and AI gateways while leveraging offline store fulfillment, further linking upstream and downstream suppliers to create a diversified, integrated O2O service experience.
Collaborative Milestone: Evonet × Primer Group × Mastercard x Fiuu
From February 4th, 2026, Evonet partnered with the renowned Southeast Asian business conglomerate Primer Group and Mastercard to apply this technology to a real-world O2O scenario for the first time. The demonstration received enthusiastic feedback and high praise from industry experts. The solution integrates several key payment and security components, including tokens, passkeys, and 3DS. Relying on the comprehensive full-stack payment solutions provided by CardInfoLink, it forms an end-to-end closed loop from ordering and payment to verification and fulfillment. Additionally, Evonet collaborated closely with Fiuu to accelerate the commercial deployment of this solution.
Remas Ho, President of Evonet, stated: “Leveraging CardInfoLink’s powerful full-stack payment solutions, Evonet successfully completed this commercial use case with Primer Group in a very short timeframe, alongside Fiuu and Mastercard. We look forward to bringing a brand-new shopping and consumption experience to users and merchants across Southeast Asia.”
