Prohibited Jurisdictions<\/strong><\/h3><p>Evonet will not process transactions involving jurisdictions subject to <strong>comprehensive international sanctions,<\/strong> including but not limited to those imposed by the United Nations Security Council, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or other applicable regulatory authorities.<\/p><p>These may include jurisdictions such as <b>Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba,<\/b> subject to applicable sanctions laws.
