As a Main Wallet Network Partner, Evonet will enable Weixin Pay’s cross-border interoperability by providing:
– Local Wallet Integration: Enabling overseas consumers to complete Weixin Pay transactions using their trusted local e-wallets, beginning with auPAY in Japan and with GrabPay in key Southeast Asian markets scheduled for rollout next year.
– Unified Acceptance Expansion: Expanding international wallet acceptance across high-frequency sectors, including retail, transportation, dining, hospitality, and tourist attractions, both within China and abroad.
